Schwartz & Watkins LLP is able to offer, in some circumstances, the instruction of a barrister directly, without the need to instruct a solicitor first. Under regulation, we are unable to offer Direct Public Access if you are eligible for Public Funding, and it may be necessary to instruct a solicitor first in these circumstances. To instruct a barrister, please contact Chambers, preferably by email, fax, or post, with a brief outline of your case or what help you are seeking. If a barrister is assigned to help, it may then be necessary to arrange a short free meeting or discussion.
